Nous vous confierons les missions suivantes :

 

La prise en charge de l'accueil physique et l'accompagnement des clients de manière personnalisée
La prise de réservations téléphoniques et/ou électroniques
La gestion des appels Room Service
La mise en place et la bonne organisation du desk d'accueil
Assurer l’application des critères LQA.
Effectuer un travail collaboratif avec l’ensemble du personnel de salle
Participer à la formation des nouveaux collaborateurs / stagiaires / apprentis.
 Cette liste n’est pas exhaustive.

Profil recherché

Vous pourrez nous apporter :

 

Expérience : expérience internationale significative en hôtellerie de luxe sur un poste similaire
Personnalité : Excellent sens du relationnel, empathique, patient
Formation : Hôtelière
Langues : Anglais écrit et oral (maîtrise parfaite)
Divers (Permis, logiciels…) : MICROS
Nous vous offrirons les conditions suivantes :

 

Salaire de base : 2000€ BRUT 39h
Nourriture : restaurant du personnel
Logement : logement mis à disposition (chambre partagée en collocation)
Santé : mutuelle Allianz
Autres (Statut, repos, CE…) : Statut employé, comité d’entreprise
