Nous vous confierons les missions suivantes :
- Animer et accompagner une équipe
- Superviser l’entretien et la bonne présentation des chambres et des parties communes
- Assurer une qualité d’accueil et optimiser la satisfaction de nos hôtes
- Appliquer les méthodes et diffuser les valeurs de l’Eden Rock St Barths

Profil recherché

Vous pourrez nous apporter :
- Expérience : expérience internationale significative en hôtellerie de luxe (service Housekeeping de préférence)
- Personnalité : Organisée, communicative
- Formation : Hôtelière
- Langues : Anglais écrit et oral
- Divers (Permis, logiciels…) : OPERA

 

Nous vous offrirons les conditions suivantes :
- Salaire de base : 2500 € brut total mensuel
- Nourriture : restaurant du personnel
- Logement : logement mis à disposition (chambre partagée en collocation)
- Santé : mutuelle Allianz
- Autres (Statut, repos, CE…) : Statut Agent de maîtrise, comité d’entreprise
