Chef de partie de nuit (H/F)

Description de l'offre

Nous vous confierons les missions suivantes :

 

Assure l’approvisionnement, la production et le contrôle de son poste de travail.
Est en charge du suivi des commandes de nuit.
Assure le bon déroulement du service de nuit (cuisson, dressage, service…)
Assure l’application des standards, des procédures de production et des normes d’hygiène HACCP en vigueur en sein de l’hôtel.

Logement : logement mis à disposition (chambre individuelle)

Vous pourrez nous apporter :

Expérience : expérience de 2ans en hôtellerie de luxe sur un poste similaire. 
Connaissances de l’organisation d'un service Room service en hôtellerie haut de gamme
Personnalité : organisé, autonome, prise d'initiative
Formation : Hôtelière , diplômé d'un Bac Professionnel ou BEP / CAP
