-la gestion du planning de réservation et le suivi des dossiers clients
-l'anticipation des demandes des clients

Vous pourrez nous apporter :

-Expérience : expérience significative en hôtellerie de luxe sur un poste en hébergement
-Personnalité : Excellent sens du relationnel
-Formation : De formation hôtelière
-Langues : Anglais écrit et oral (maîtrise parfaite)
